Beatrice Kuria
Beatrice is the Client Relations Manager of Genghis Capital. She champions service delivery excellence and improvement whilst mitigating risk, ensuring business continuity by safeguarding our revenue and retaining our customers. She brings to the table seasoned knowledge of customer experience honed through her 5 years of experience in the Operations department which gave her comprehensive working knowledge and understanding of service delivery from all aspects of a client’s experience.
Beatrice holds a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Studies and Community Development – Kenyatta University, CISI Level II graduate, and certification in ATS by the Nairobi Securities Exchange.
